About
Hi, I'm Joe.
I studied computer science, and my day job is writing automation and tooling for frontline operations support. Some of what I build is completely hands-free, where a workflow runs end to end without anybody touching it. Some of it is smaller tools that just make an existing task quicker and less of a pain. Small businesses usually need a mix of both.
I've also built apps for startups, mostly proofs of concept and early betas, so I'm used to getting something working fast and in front of real users.
Outside of client work I make games, and I lean on AI heavily to do it. It's how I figure out what these tools are actually good at before I recommend them to anyone else.
